A guy and female utilized the credit cards and identity of a familya relative with whom they were living and invested countless dollars, according to the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office.Kayla Marlene
Hendricks, 32, of Westminster, and Travis Charles Clardy, 36, of Seneca, are charged with financial and identity fraud.A familyA member of the family reported suspicious credit card activity on March 3. Private investigators found fraudulent activity on several charge card that completed countless dollars.Investigators said Hendricks and Clardy used a number of cards and opened an account in the victim’s name without her approval. The crimes were committed while the couple was remainingremaining in the victims house, deputies said.Clardy was being kept in the Oconee County Detention Center on unassociated charges when he was charged. He paid his bond of$5,000 and was released Monday. Hendricks is being held pending a bond hearing.
